These textures are for the Texturizer Plugin and are in *.psd format.  If you don't have one already, create a new folder for the textures.  I have one in My Documents called "PSP Textures".  Unzip the textures to your new folder.  To use these textures in Paint Shop Pro, open the image you want to texturize and flood fill it with a color of your choice.  Open the Texturizer (in PSP6: Go to Image - Plug-in Filters - Texture - Texturizer) (in PSP7: Effects - Plug-in Filters - Texture - Texturizer).  From the drop-down list, choose "Load Texture".  This will allow you to browse to your texture folder and select your choice.  The "Scaling" button allows you to resize the texture,depending on the size of your image.  The "Relief" button is for the intensity of the texture; the larger the number, the bolder the texture.  I keep the "Light Direction" set to "Top" and the "Invert" box Unchecked.  You can experiment with them and see what you come up with.

These textures are seamless and are size 256 x 256.  If you add texture to an image that is larger, they should be seamless.  However, if you are going to use your texture to flood fill, you should begin with and image that is 256 x 256 to avoid seams.
