ICQ Plus Skins
Before you will be able to use any of these skins, you must download and install ICQ Plus. This program acts as an add-on to your existing ICQ.

Importing ICQ Skins
After you have installed ICQ Plus, you will need to restart your ICQ program.
Download the skins of your choice (be sure to note where you save the zip file). Do not unzip it.
At the top of your ICQ panel, you will see a + symbol; click on this. A drop-down menu will open. In the bottom left corner is a button labelled "Plus"; click this. In the new window that opens, click the "Import" button. Browse to the file you downloaded (still in zip format), highlight it and click "Open". This will allow you to preview the skin. Click "Apply" and you're done. |
